Change of Name of Subsidiary Company

The Board of Directors of Industronics Berhad ("Industronics" or "the Company") wishes to announce that Filtertech Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sukitronics Sdn Bhd which is in turn a 51% owned subsidiary of the Company, has changed its name to SKT Innova Sdn Bhd with effect from 9th May, 2008.
