Closure Of Subsidiary In China

The Board of Directors of Industronics Berhad wishes to announce that Industronics (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd. ("IGCL"), a wholly-owned subsidiary incorporated in Guangzhou, P.R. of China, has ceased operation and in the process of de-registering from the Foreign Investment of P.R. of China. The effective closure date of IGCL is expected to be on 31 May 2008.

The closure of IGCL is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of the Company for the current financial year.
